·         Terms and Condition of Service

As an academic writing company, ResearchpagesNG custom-written papers, dissertations/projects and other academic works are designed for research and reference purposes only. The use of our papers is at the discretion of the owner. We exonerate ourselves from any legal suite arising from inappropriate use of our papers.

Our company deals with only persons above 18years who can read, write and interpret our terms of engagement.

·         Copyright and Use of Papers

Our papers are custom-written. The full copyright to the products delivered are retained by the company.

The use of our reference materials is only for personal use and not to be commercialized. Our reference materials must not be copied verbatim. For effective use, you can paraphrase, reference and use ICPQ technique to generate your original true copy.

The company shall not be held liable for any inappropriate, unethical and wrong use of our papers. Hence, the client is solely responsible for any action arising from improper, illegal and unethical use of materials.

·         Review and Surcharge

In the case of dissatisfaction of paper, ResearchpagesNG will review, amend or re-write another paper for free (only when brought to our notice within 24hours of first delivery). This can only be done three (3) times after which the client will be required to make a fresh order. If the client insists on refund, he/she shall get the full amount paid less VAT (this is only applicable during the first phase of the contract i.e. upon submission of chapter 1 to 3). Dissatisfaction on completed and delivered work shall not attract a refund.  We reserve every right to extend the contract period by a few days on the grounds of Quality Assurance, prior to this, the client will be duly informed. However, extension of contract by the client attracts a surcharge of 10% weekly on agreed fees.

·         Our Guarantee

We guarantee that our papers are below 10% plagiarism level (not including bibliography, references and clichéd phrases).

That we duly followed and used your instructions as specified

That we applied the relevant standards (including the APA style) and your Institution’s requirement.

That we provided qualitative services

We do not guarantee an exact grade and you cannot ask for refund on getting an unsatisfied grade/score.

·         Payments/Delivery of Products

Our scale of fees is clearly stipulated in our website for your information. V.A.T is included in the fees payable. Any instruction not clearly specified in our payment schedule will be deemed as negotiable. Payments are made in advance while papers are delivered vide email, WhatsApp or any other means accepted by client (printing not inclusive). In case the company writer fails to commence work within 1week from instruction date, another writer will be engaged for same service.

NB: Instruction in this case means that the job has been paid for and awaiting execution.

·         Mode of Payment

Payments can be done vide direct Bank transfer, card transfer or USSD code. A one-time payment is done for all instructions. Moreover, payments for project/dissertations/thesis are made in installments in this manner; “first installment before commencement and the balance before commencing chapter four (4). Cash is not accepted and the company is not liable for inadvertent payment into wrong account.

·         Payment Verification

After payments, a 3hour period is allowed to verify payment. Alternatively, payment advise can be mailed to info@researchpages.com.ng for instant confirmation. If payment is not made with client’s name, he or she must notify and furnish the company with details of payee.

·         Delivery of Completed Work

Our papers are delivered in full after completion or in batches (research projects/thesis/dissertations) as requested by clients and reviewed on final stage.

·         Confidentiality

The company practice 100% confidentiality policy, this means that details or transaction with clients are not disclosed/divulged to a third party unless with a written instruction from the client.

CAVEAT

By accepting to pay an agreed fee, you acknowledge to understand our terms and conditions without reservations as well as;

Ø  To properly cite information sourced from our reference materials

Ø  To use our materials solely as guide for your work

Ø  That the company receives payment as compensation for the time and effort put in to prepare contents and referenced materials

Ø  That the payment made is non-refundable

Ø  That the assignment is for a stipulated time period upon which effluxion of time or extension from the client attract additional fees.

Ø  That the company will not be held liable for any lose, damage or mismanagement of materials supplied. The company reserves the right not to deliver concluded job a second time after successful deliver of the first.

IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR PAPERS OR OUR WEBSITE.

Ø  And You by this; acknowledge and agree that we may unilaterally amend or modify this terms and conditions from time to time as the need arises.
