Transcript: This enables graduates or former students of the university to apply and collect their transcripts for personal and official reasons, as the case may be.

How To Create an Application Account in the Baze University Student Portal

To create an application in the Baze University portal, you will be required to insert the following information in the application page:

Input your name: This involves you putting in your name in this order: “last name, middle name and last name” Make sure the name you use is the same name you want to appear on your graduation certificate; this is important.

Email address: Make sure to be consistent with your email address, use the email you will easily remember; it should be a combination of your names (that is, name and surname) if possible. Avoid mixing too many symbols that might easily be forgotten or difficult to get from some devices, for example, signs like &%*#!@_?! Etc. Reduce them or don’t use any at all. This is usually necessary for password setting, mostly.

Phone number: Use your main line, particularly a Nigerian number that you use frequently. You may not be able to change your phone number subsequently if mistakes were made in the process of inputting it.

Communication language: The university wants to know your best language of communication, this could be Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa or any other Nigerian or foreign language.

Password: Use a very strong password that you can easily remember. You will also be required to confirm the password you have entered.

Opinion on disability: This shows the university whether you are okay or disabled. If you are disabled, you will have to tell the type of disability that you have at the time of enrollment on the university.
