3.6.1    Field Observation

3.6.2    Personal Interview

The researcher conducted one-on-one interviews with the various respondents.  The interview session provided useful information and opinions from the respondents, which helped assemble data for the study.

3.6.3    Copies of Questionnaire

Questionnaires were used for collection of data for the study. It comprised well-structured closed ended questions relevant to the study. The questionnaires were administered by the researcher during survey to ensure that correct data was captured. Questionnaire is designed in 5-point Likert scale (SA, A, N, D, SD).
